Philip Michael Thomas Biography

Philip Michael Thomas is an American retired actor and musician well known for playing his role in the 1980s TV series “Miami Vice” as Ricardo Tubbs. He also took part in the 1975 film “Coonskin” and the 1976 film “Sparkle.” He also voiced the character Lance Vance in the video games Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (2002) and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories (2006).
